May 5, 2025: Forks, WA 98331 The Forks Spartans baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Hoquiam Grizzlies to 1 in the Spartans non-league win on Monday.
The Spartans now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Quilcene for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Forks will clash with a Rangers team coming off a 16-11 non-league loss to Sequim (Sequim, WA). The Rangers record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Hoquiam drops to 2-12 on the year. The Grizzlies host Oakville (Oakville, WA) to clash with the Acorns in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 7. The Acorns go into the test with a record of 0-0.
