The Ellington Knights baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Ware Indians to 0 in the Knights non-league win on Tuesday.

The Knights now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Granby Memorial for a North Central Connecticut test on Friday, May 8. Ellington will play a Bears team coming off a 5-4 league loss to East Windsor (East Windsor, CT). The Bears record now stands at 4-7.

With the defeat, Ware drops to 10-6 on the year. The Indians travel to Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA) to play the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, May 8. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 9-3.
