Rockridge Rockets (Taylor Ridge, IL) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Macomb Bombers (Macomb, IL), 15-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Rockridge improves its record to 17-5 on the year. The Rockets travel to Alleman (Rock Island, IL) to face the Pioneers in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 6. The Pioneers enter the game with a record of 14-7.

The Bombers now hold a 3-17 record. They play next when they travel to Havana for a Prairieland game on Wednesday, May 6. Macomb will face a Ducks squad coming off a 16-5 non-league win over Midwest Central (Manito, IL). The Ducks record now stands at 7-5.
