New York High School Lacrosse - Owego Free Academy overwhelms Binghamton
May 6, 2022: Owego, NY 13827 The Owego Free Academy Indians (Owego, NY) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Binghamton Patriots (Binghamton, NY), 10-4 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Owego Free Academy upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Indians host Johnson City (Johnson City, NY) to meet the Wildcats in a Section 4 STAC - Central challenge on Wednesday, May 11. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 7-3. Johnson City lost 16-11 in their recent league challenge against Chenango Forks (Binghamton, NY)
The Patriots (0-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Union-Endicott (Endicott, NY). The Tigers enter the Section 4 STAC - Metro challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Union-Endicott was overwhelmed by Vestal (Vestal, NY), 21-3, in a league challenge.
