The Canton Warriors crushed the host Thomaston Bears baseball team by a count of 17-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sports & Medical Sciences Academy for a North Central Connecticut bout on Monday, May 8. Canton will face a Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over East Windsor (East Windsor, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 5-8.
