Illinois High School Baseball - Minooka can't hold off Lockport
May 6, 2023: Lockport, IL 60441 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Lockport Porters baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Minooka Indians.
The Porters (17-8) will now prepare for their game against Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Chargers go into the Southwest Suburban - Red game with a 8-17 record. In their last game, Stagg was edged by Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL), 12-7, in a non-league game.
The Indians (15-10) will now prepare for their game against Yorkville (Yorkville, IL). The Foxes go into the Southwest Prairie game with a 12-11 record. In their last game, Yorkville was edged by Naperville Central (Naperville, IL), 12-1, in a non-league game.
