Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - St. Anthony's can't get by Haverford School
May 6, 2023: Haverford, PA 19041 Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting St. Anthony's Friars (Melville, NY), 16-15 in a non-league test.
The Fords now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Germantown Academy for a Inter-Academic test on Tuesday, May 9.
In their next game, the Friars face the Chaminade Flyers (Mineola, NY) in a Catholic - Island test, on Wednesday, May 10. St. Anthony's will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Flyers come into the test with a 9-3 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Wilton (Wilton, CT).
