Indiana High School Softball - Bremen bounces Twin Lakes
May 6, 2023: Monticello, IN 47960 The Bremen Lions routed the host Twin Lakes Indians softball squad by a count of 8-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Lions (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN). The Panthers go into the Northern Indiana battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, South Bend Washington was routed by South Bend Clay (South Bend, IN), 15-1, in a league battle.
The Indians now sport a 4-15 record. They play next when they host Winamac for a non-league battle on Monday, May 8. Twin Lakes will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 13-6.

The Bremen Girls softball team took advantage of several Indian errors while the long ball came back to help the Lion offense.
Mickie Shively had a pair of home runs, and winning pitcher Chrissy Grabowski added her own solo home run with two other singles, while Delanie Neher had 3 hits & Eliana Grubbs added two to lead the offense.
