May 6, 2024: Chicago, IL 60605 The Jones Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Eagles now have a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln Park for a non-league game on Wednesday, May 8. Jones will confront a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to British International School of Chicago (Chicago, IL). The Lions record now stands at 8-6.
The Silver Streaks (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 19-14 record.
