May 6, 2024: New Brunswick, NJ 08901 In Monday's non-league contest, the New Brunswick Zebra (New Brunswick, NJ) softball team overwhelmed the visiting LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), by a margin of 15-5.
With the triumph, New Brunswick moves its record to 4-8 on the year. The Zebra travel to Piscataway Vo-Tech (Piscataway, NJ) to play the Raiders in a GMC - Silver contest on Wednesday, May 8. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 3-11.
In their next game, the Lancers play the Camden Panthers (Camden, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 7. LEAP Academy will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 26-17 non-league loss to Camden Academy Charter (Camden, NJ).
