Connecticut High School Softball - Trumbull bounces Norwalk
May 6, 2024: Trumbull, CT 06611 The Trumbull Eagles (Trumbull, CT) softball routed the visiting Norwalk Bears (Norwalk, CT), 10-3 in Monday's league bout.
The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their bout against Staples (Westport, CT). The Wreckers go into the Fairfield County bout with a 6-5 record. In their last bout, Staples was routed by Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT), 3-0, in a league bout.
The Bears now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Warde for a Fairfield County bout on Wednesday, May 8. Norwalk will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Darien (Darien, CT). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-9.
