Ohio High School Baseball - Anna wallops Lima Central Catholic
May 7, 2025: Lima, OH 45805 The Anna Rockets baseball team scored 16 runs and held the host Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds to 2 in the Rockets non-league win on Wednesday.
The Rockets now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Loramie for a Shelby County test on Thursday, May 8. Anna will play a Redskins team coming off a 11-1 league win over Fairlawn (Sidney, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 9-5.
With the defeat, Lima Central Catholic drops to 5-11 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH) to play the Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, May 9. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 16-6. Wayne Trace lost 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Miller City (Miller City, OH)
