Missouri High School Baseball - Community nips Pilot Grove
May 6, 2025: Pilot Grove, MO 65276 The Community Trojans (Laddonia, MO) baseball got by the host Pilot Grove Tigers (Pilot Grove, MO), 16-15 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mark Twain for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 8. Community will play a Tigers team coming off a 19-10 non-league loss to Monroe City (Monroe City, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 1-16.
With the defeat, Pilot Grove drops to 1-12 on the year. The Tigers travel to Westran (Huntsville, MO) to play the Hornets in a non-league test on Thursday, May 8. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 14-5. Westran won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO)
