In Tuesday's league game, the visiting North Posey Vikings baseball team scored a close 7-1 win over the Mt. Vernon Wildcats.

The Vikings (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Evansville Central (Evansville, IN). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 3-14 record. In their last game, Evansville Central nudged Evansville Harrison (Evansville, IN), 3-2, in a league game.
