Virginia High School Soccer - King's Fork toppled by Western Branch
May 6, 2025: Suffolk, VA 23434 The Western Branch Bruins smashed the host King's Fork Bulldogs soccer team by a tally of 9-1 in Tuesday's league game.
Next, the Bruins face the Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern game, on Thursday, May 8. Western Branch will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 9-2 record after their 7-0 league win over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA).
The Bulldogs (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats come into the Southeastern game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Great Bridge was overwhelmed by Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA), 4-3, in a non-league game.
