May 6, 2025: Middletown, DE 19709 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE) and the visiting Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE), witnessed Middletown's lacrosse squad top Mount Pleasant by a score of 16-0.
The Cavaliers (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE). The Jaguars go into the Blue Hen - Flight A outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Appoquinimink was overwhelmed by Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE), 7-6, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Mount Pleasant falls to 2-8 on the year. The Green knights host Odessa (Townsend, DE) to face the Ducks in a Blue Hen - Flight A outing on Thursday, May 8. The Ducks go into the outing with a record of 7-4. Odessa won 5-4 in their recent league outing against St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE)
