Alabama High School Softball - Westminster Christian Academy topped by Alexandria
May 6, 2025: Alexandria, AL 36250 Alexandria Valley Cubs (Alexandria, AL) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats (Huntsville, AL), 13-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Alexandria upgrades its record to 40-10 on the year. The Valley Cubs host Plainview (Rainsville, AL) to play the Bears in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. The Bears enter the game with a record of 35-8. Plainview lost 15-10 in their recent non-league game against Madison County (Gurley, AL)
The Wildcats now own a 16-13 record. They play next when they travel to Ashville for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. Westminster Christian Academy will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 31-13.
