Washington High School Softball - Rainier bounces Cascade Christian
May 6, 2025: Puyallup, WA 98372 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Rainier Mountaineers (Rainier, WA) and the host Cascade Christian Cougars (Puyallup, WA), observed Rainier's softball team get by Cascade Christian by a tally of 8-4.
The Mountaineers (10-7) will now prepare for their bout against Winlock (Winlock, WA). The Cardinals go into the 2B Central bout with a 0-17 record. In their last bout, Winlock was routed by Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA), 27-5, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Chimacum Cowboys (Chimacum, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 7. Cascade Christian will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 27-1 non-league loss to Klahowya (Silverdale, WA).
