Old Bridge Knights (Old Bridge, NJ) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Metuchen Bulldogs (Metuchen, NJ), 8-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Old Bridge advances its record to 11-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ) to battle the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, May 8. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 8-13. Bridgewater-Raritan lost 8-7 in their recent league match against Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ)

The Bulldogs now have a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monroe Township for a non-league match on Saturday, May 9. Metuchen will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Sayreville (Parlin, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 8-11.
