In Saturday's non-league test, the host Hoover Vikings lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 victory over the Chagrin Falls Tigers.

The Vikings now have a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jackson for a Region 2 test on Tuesday, May 10. Hoover will face a Polar Bears squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Eastern (Louisville, KY). The Polar Bears record now stands at 13-1.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Hathaway Brown Blazers (Shaker Heights, OH) in a Region 6 test, on Tuesday, May 10. Chagrin Falls will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Blazers come into the test with a 11-5 record after their 19-9 non-league loss to Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH).
