Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Thayer Academy gets by Rivers
May 7, 2022: Braintree, MA 02184 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Thayer Academy Tigers (Braintree, MA) and the visiting Rivers Red Wings (Weston, MA), saw Thayer Academy's lacrosse team nudge Rivers by a margin of 12-11.
The Tigers (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Roxbury Latin (West Roxbury, MA). The Foxes enter the Independent Schools challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Roxbury Latin was tipped by Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA), 13-3, in a league challenge.
The Red Wings (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA). The Sextants enter the Independent Schools challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Belmont Hill edged Roxbury Latin (West Roxbury, MA), 13-3, in a league challenge.
