May 7, 2022: Mosinee, WI 54455 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Mosinee Indians (Mosinee, WI) and the visiting De Pere Redbirds (De Pere, WI), saw Mosinee's softball squad nip De Pere by a count of 5-4.
The Indians now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Northland Pines for a Great Northern match on Tuesday, May 10.
With the loss, De Pere falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Redbirds host West De Pere (De Pere, WI) to face the Phantoms in a non-league match on Monday, May 9. The Phantoms enter the match with a record of 2-5. West De Pere won 5-3 in their recent league match against Menasha (Menasha, WI)
