Massachusetts High School Softball - Wahconah Regional bounces Monson
May 7, 2022: Dalton, MA 01226 Wahconah Regional Warriors (Dalton, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Monson Mustangs (Monson, MA), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors now sport a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Westfield for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 9. Wahconah Regional will face a Bombers squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Easthampton/Hampshire (Easthampton, MA). The Bombers record now stands at 12-0.
With the loss, Monson falls to 6-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School (Holyoke, MA) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 9. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 0-4.
