May 7, 2024: Hackensack, NJ 07601 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ) and the host Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ), saw Livingston's volleyball squad nip Bergen Tech by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Livingston upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Lancers host East Side (Newark, NJ) to play the Red Raiders in a SEC - American bout on Wednesday, May 8. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 2-9. East Side won 2-0 in their recent league bout against West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ)
The Knights now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Dwight Morrow for a Big North - Liberty bout on Wednesday, May 8. Bergen Tech will play a Maroon Raiders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ). The Maroon Raiders record now stands at 6-9.
