The Eastside Ghosts volleyball team (Paterson, NJ), was nudged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions (Paterson, NJ)

The Lions (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrison (Harrison, NJ). The Blue Tide enter the NJIC challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Harrison nipped Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Ghosts encounter the Kennedy Knights (Paterson, NJ) in a Big North - Liberty challenge, on Wednesday, May 8. Eastside will attempt to move on its 2-15 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ).
