Massachusetts High School Softball - Smith Vo-Tech topped by Hopkins Academy
May 7, 2024: Hadley, MA 01035 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Hopkins Academy Golden Hawks (Hadley, MA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Smith Vo-Tech Vikings (Northampton, MA), by a margin of 10-2.
With the triumph, Hopkins Academy moves its record to 6-4 on the year. The Golden Hawks host Granby (Granby, MA) to play the Rams in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 9. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 5-4.
In their next game, the Vikings play the Monument Mountain Spartans (Great Barrington, MA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 8. Smith Vo-Tech will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
