May 7, 2024: Forest Lake, MN 55025 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Mounds Park Academy Panthers (St. Paul, MN) and the host North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN), saw Mounds Park Academy's softball squad achieve victory over North Lakes Academy by a count of 13-1.
The Panthers now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host St. Agnes for a non-league match on Friday, May 10. Mounds Park Academy will face a Aggies squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Aggies record now stands at 16-2.
With the loss, North Lakes Academy falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to West Lutheran (Plymouth, MN) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 8. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 8-3. West Lutheran lost 10-1 in their recent non-league match against Spectrum (Elk River, MN)
