The Alma Panthers baseball squad (Alma, MI), was overwhelmed 9-2 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Frankenmuth Eagles (Frankenmuth, MI)

With the triumph, Frankenmuth moves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Eagles host Edison Academy (Detroit, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 8. The Pioneers come into the contest with a record of 12-7.

The Panthers now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Montcalm for a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 7. Alma will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 11-4.
