The Westville Blackhawks baseball squad (Westville, IN), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Washington Township Senators (Valparaiso, IN)

With the triumph, Washington Township moves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Senators travel to Kouts (Kouts, IN) to confront the Mustangs & Fillies in a Porter County contest on Friday, May 9. The Mustangs & Fillies come into the contest with a record of 13-3. Kouts won 8-3 in their recent non-league contest against Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN)

The Blackhawks now possess a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morgan Township for a Porter County contest on Friday, May 9. Westville will confront a Cherokees squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN). The Cherokees record now stands at 5-13.
