Virginia High School Baseball - Meridian holds off Broad Run
May 7, 2025: Ashburn, VA 20147 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) and the host Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA), saw Meridian's baseball team beat Broad Run by a margin of 8-4.
The Mustangs (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Warren County (Front Royal, VA). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 1-12 record. In their last battle, Warren County was overwhelmed by Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA), 12-4, in a non-league battle.
