Illinois High School Lacrosse - Hersey bounces Latin
May 7, 2025: Chicago, IL 60610 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Hersey Huskies lacrosse squad scored a good 17-1 win over the Latin Romans.
The Huskies (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Wildcats enter the Mid Suburban contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Wheeling was overwhelmed by Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL), 17-5, in a league contest.
Next, the Romans meet the Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 9. Latin will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Caxys enter the contest with a 4-6 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL).
