South Carolina High School Soccer - Porter-Gaud nudges Hammond
May 7, 2025: Charleston, SC 29407 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) and the visiting Hammond Skyhawks (Columbia, SC), saw Porter-Gaud's soccer squad hold off Hammond by a count of 4-3.
The Cyclones (16-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, Cardinal Newman tipped Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC), 5-2, in a non-league battle.
