Delaware High School Softball - St. Elizabeth bounces McKean
May 7, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19805 The St. Elizabeth Vikings softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting McKean Highlanders to 1 in the Vikings non-league win on Wednesday.
The Vikings now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ursuline Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, May 9. St. Elizabeth will confront a Raiders team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, McKean moves to 0-9 on the season. The Highlanders host Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE) to confront the Eagles in a Blue Hen - Flight B battle on Thursday, May 8. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 7-6. Hodgson Vo-Tech won 14-3 in their recent league battle against Dickinson (Wilmington, DE)
