The Montabella Mustangs baseball squad (Blanchard, MI), was overwhelmed 11-7 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Pine River Area Bucks (Leroy, MI)

With the triumph, Pine River Area moves its record to 11-7 on the season. The Bucks travel to Lake City (Lake City, MI) to confront the Trojans in a Highland contest on Tuesday, May 12. The Trojans come into the contest with a record of 0-15. Lake City lost 14-3 in their recent league contest against McBain (McBain, MI)

The Mustangs now possess a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fulton for a Mid-State contest on Monday, May 11.
