Pennsylvania High School Softball - Bishop McDevitt bested by Hershey

The Hershey Trojans triumphed over the visiting Bishop McDevitt Crusaders softball squad by a count of 13-5 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 8. Hershey will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Palmyra (Palmyra, PA).

The Crusaders (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 16-2 record. In their last challenge, Greencastle-Antrim overcame West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA), 6-2, in a league challenge.
