Chincoteague Ponies (Chincoteague, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Ponies now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northampton for a Eastern Shore challenge on Thursday, May 11. Chincoteague will battle a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 24-0 league loss to Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-7.
