Virginia High School Softball - J.R. Tucker loses to L.C. Bird
May 8, 2023: Chesterfield, VA 23832 The L.C. Bird Skyhawks softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting J.R. Tucker Tigers to 2 in the Skyhawks non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, L.C. Bird improves its record to 3-12 on the year. The Skyhawks host Huguenot (Richmond, VA) to clash with the Falcons in a Dominion game on Tuesday, May 9. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 3-7. Huguenot lost 21-0 in their recent non-league game against John Marshall (Richmond, VA)
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA) in a Colonial game, on Tuesday, May 9. J.R. Tucker will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The come into the game with a 8-7 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA).
