Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Needham over Wayland
May 8, 2024: Needham, MA 02494 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Needham Rockets (Needham, MA) and the visiting Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA), saw Needham's volleyball squad beat Wayland by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Needham upgrades its record to 14-1 on the year. The Rockets travel to Braintree (Braintree, MA) to play the Wamps in a Bay State bout on Thursday, May 9. The Wamps go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Braintree lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Natick (Natick, MA)
The Warriors now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Boston Latin for a Dual County bout on Friday, May 10.
