Delaware High School Lacrosse - Caravel drops to Archmere Academy
May 8, 2024: Bear, DE 19701 Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Caravel Buccaneers (Bear, DE), 19-8 in a non-league battle.
The Auks now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cape Henlopen for a non-league battle on Friday, May 10. Archmere Academy will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 21-2 league win over Smyrna (Smyrna, DE). The Vikings record now stands at 14-0.
In their next game, the Buccaneers clash with the Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 10. Caravel will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 11-3 record after their 21-2 league loss to Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE).
