Ohio High School Baseball - Buckeye edges Benedictine
May 8, 2025: Medina, OH 44256 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Buckeye Bucks (Medina, OH) and the visiting Benedictine Bengals (Cleveland, OH), saw Buckeye's baseball team gain a win over Benedictine by a tally of 7-4.
The Bucks (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Clear Fork (Bellville, OH). The Colts enter the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Clear Fork held off Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH), 7-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bengals face the Solon Comets (Solon, OH) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 12. Benedictine will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Comets enter the battle with a 4-11 record after their 16-12 non-league win over Firelands (Oberlin, OH).
