May 8, 2025: St. Elmo, IL 62458 In Thursday's non-league bout, the Christ Our Rock Lutheran Silver Stallions (Centralia, IL) baseball team the host Brownstown/St. Elmo Eagles (St. Elmo, IL), by a margin of 4-2.
The Silver Stallions now hold a 12-8 record. They take the field next when they host Wesclin for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Christ Our Rock Lutheran will play a Warriors team coming off a 4-3 league win over Carlyle (Carlyle, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 7-14.
With the defeat, Brownstown/St. Elmo drops to 6-13 on the year. The Eagles travel to Mulberry Grove (Mulberry Grove, IL) to play the Aces in a non-league test on Monday, May 12. The Aces go into the test with a record of 0-11. Mulberry Grove lost 20-5 in their recent non-league test against Altamont (Altamont, IL)
