May 8, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46205 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers (Indianapolis, IN) and the visiting Columbus Christian Crusaders (Columbus, IN), witnessed Indiana School for the Deaf's baseball team knock off Columbus Christian by a count of 15-5.
The Deaf Hoosiers now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Attica for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Indiana School for the Deaf will clash with a Red Ramblers team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN). The Red Ramblers record now stands at 4-10.
With the defeat, Columbus Christian drops to 0-5 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Edinburgh (Edinburgh, IN) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league test on Monday, May 12. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 4-13. Edinburgh won 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Brown County (Nashville, IN)
