New York High School Baseball - Loudonville Christian defeats Middleburgh
May 8, 2025: Middleburgh, NY 12122 The Loudonville Christian Eagles baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Middleburgh Knights to 4 in the Eagles non-league win on Thursday.
The Eagles now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watervliet for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. Loudonville Christian will clash with a Cannoneers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Cairo-Durham (Cairo, NY). The Cannoneers record now stands at 2-8.
With the defeat, Middleburgh drops to 9-6 on the year. The Knights travel to Duanesburg (Delanson, NY) to clash with the Eagles in a Section 2 Western - Southern test on Monday, May 12. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 9-5. Duanesburg won 9-3 in their recent league test against Berne-Knox-Westerlo (Berne, NY)
