New Jersey High School Volleyball - Northern Burlington edged by Monroe Township
May 8, 2025: Columbus, NJ 08022 Monroe Township Falcons (Monroe Township, NJ) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Northern Burlington Greyhounds (Columbus, NJ), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Monroe Township improves its record to 14-5 on the season. The Falcons host Randolph (Randolph, NJ) to face the Rams in a non-league test on Friday, May 9. The Rams go into the test with a record of 21-0. Randolph won 2-1 in their recent league test against Morristown (Morristown, NJ)
The Greyhounds now own a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hopewell Valley Central for a BCSL - Liberty test on Monday, May 12. Northern Burlington will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-12.
