Minnesota High School Lacrosse - Shakopee drops to Prior Lake
May 8, 2025: Prior Lake, MN 55372 Prior Lake Lakers (Prior Lake, MN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN), 19-2 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Prior Lake advances its record to 9-0 on the season. The Lakers host Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 2-6. Eden Prairie lost 17-4 in their recent non-league battle against Edina (Edina, MN)
The Sabers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rosemount for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 13. Shakopee will encounter a Irish team coming off a 17-13 non-league win over Minnetonka (Minnetonka, MN). The Irish record now stands at 7-2.
