May 8, 2025: Flint, MI 48506 The Kearsley Hornets soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Brandon Blackhawks to 0 in the Hornets league victory on Thursday.
The Hornets now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Flushing for a Flint Metro bout on Monday, May 12. Kearsley will play a Raiders squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Yale (Yale, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Brandon moves to 3-10 on the year. The Blackhawks travel to Mott (Waterford, MI) to play the Corsairs in a non-league bout on Friday, May 9. The Corsairs go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Mott lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI)
