Iowa High School Soccer - Carlisle toppled by Southeast Polk
May 8, 2025: Pleasant Hill, IA 50327 Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Southeast Polk moves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Urbandale (Urbandale, IA) to clash with the J-Hawks in a CIML test on Friday, May 9. The J-Hawks come into the test with a record of 6-11. Urbandale lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Norwalk (Norwalk, IA)
The Wildcats now sport a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Gilbert for a Raccoon River test on Tuesday, May 13. Carlisle will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 16-3.
