Illinois High School Lacrosse - Elk Grove drops to Rolling Meadows
May 8, 2025: Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Elk Grove Grenadiers (Elk Grove Village, IL), 13-1 in a league battle.
With the victory, Rolling Meadows advances its record to 8-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Fremd (Palatine, IL) to encounter the Vikings in a Mid Suburban battle on Monday, May 12. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 11-5. Fremd won 14-7 in their recent league battle against Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL)
The Grenadiers now sport a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schaumburg for a Mid Suburban battle on Monday, May 12. Elk Grove will encounter a Saxons team coming off a 15-14 non-league win over Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 12-4.
