The Hanover Central Wildcats baseball squad (Cedar Lake, IN), was edged 6-5 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Crown Point Bulldogs (Crown Point, IN)

With the triumph, Crown Point moves its record to 17-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Lake Central (St. John, IN) to confront the Indians in a Duneland contest on Tuesday, May 12. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 13-6. Lake Central won 13-0 in their recent non-league contest against Warsaw (Warsaw, IN)

The Wildcats now possess a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Prairie for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 9. Hanover Central will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 13-4.
