Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI), 6-5 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Stevenson moves its record to 16-9 on the season. The Spartans travel to Novi (Novi, MI) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, May 9. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 17-6. Novi won 4-0 in their recent league match against Plymouth (Canton, MI)

The Pioneers now possess a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Churchill for a non-league match on Saturday, May 9. Edison Academy will battle a Chargers squad coming off a 5-3 league loss to Franklin (Livonia, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 16-6.
